• Please note that the official working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
• Shipping will be within 48 hours inside Cairo from the day of ordering the product and within 72 hours outside Cairo, depending on the governorate.
• We will contact our customers to confirm order & Shipping data then the order is shipped.
• The delivery times of products are from 10.00AM to 06:00PM from Sunday to Thursday.
• You can pay the cost of the product to the Shipping representative by cash or via visa.
